The supreme court of CA says I am still married, which is great. Sadly, the decision is not so good for all but the 18 thousand couples that made it in before the election deadline. Attitudes will change.

Seattle To Portland

Last year in July, Alison and her father (Don, pictured) did the first day of the Seattle to Portland ride (~100 of the 220 miles). Don is 65, and he had only ridden 7-8mile trips on his bike before the STP. All three of us are doing it together this year, and I am pretty much just hoping to keep up with Don, who has been training a lot more and may very well dust my ass.

Julie graduates!

Went to LA recently to see my little feral friend get a few more
letters by her name. Art Center gave her a fancy award, and she was
honored for her "collaborative leadership style".... Julie is about as
collaborative as a bulldozer. It was great to see the sun and her.
